About Me
In 2006 I jumped in to Real Estate after 15 years as a chef. I was a young Chef, at the age of 22 I was running a restaurant in San Diego. When I retired from the restaurant business I was here in Scottsdale at The James Hotel as the Executive Sous Chef. My past career as a Chef really helped me in Real Estate along the lines of organization and work ethic. My family is in commercial Real Estate so I had a better understanding of what I was getting into than most do. The restaurant business is not really a family friendly biz so it was time for a change when my wife and I decided to start trying for a baby. March 1 2009 we brought twins into this world, boy Orlin & Malie the little girl. My Real Estate career started with a large brokerage, Century 21. After my 1st year I realized clients were sold on you the person not the large brokerage and soon after I move over to Casa Providencia which later turned into New Vista Realty (Gail Buck). When I moved over with Gail I had the opportunity to work on her REO’s (Bank Owned assets). Soon I found myself working and specializing in these REOs and getting to see and experience what most agents do not. I’m known now as the Freddie Mac expert in the office & juggling around 200 properties at a time. Even though I’m pretty busy I still take a buyer out from time to time and I still really enjoy getting out of the office & finding the perfect house for a client.
